Project: Twelve Divine Guardians — Official 4-Minute PV Complete!

This entire project unfolds from the Qin Dynasty’s ancient almanac traditions. I’ve woven Eastern elements throughout — from flowing tassels and jade ornaments to the predominantly black hair and black-gold imperial robes.

Each of the Twelve Guardians carries a distinct persona. My early sketches leaned toward American-comic dynamism, yet the final vision finds balance — Eastern spirit fused with Western visual energy.

The PV may be a little rough around the edges — in my head, it looked like something rendered in UE5! But that’s exactly why I started this: public views of these deities have long been divided.

After all, as the old saying goes, “The gods watch from just three feet above.”
Let’s give them the reverence — and reinvention — they deserve. 😈
